The facilitator guide was designed to provide activities, including instructions, to engage others in discussions and reflection exercises to assist in uncovering biases. The facilitator guide is broken up into several sections, to better assist with instruction. It contains background information, definitions to use for individual reflection or as a team activity, and activity instructions, complete with recommended timings, and concepts to be learned. There are suggested Inclusion Solutions Knowledge Cards for various activities, and questions to engage learners in the discussion.
